Cunninghame Housing Association was formed in 1984 as the Three Towns Housing Association covering Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston.

Cunninghame Housing Association provides more than 3000 homes for rent throughout North Ayrshire, East Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway and funds a wide range of community regeneration and social enterprise development initiatives.
