Director of Customer & Business Services
Stephen provides leadership for Scotland Excel’s business and customer teams, and champions a culture of engagement, consultation, communication and customer service across the organisation. He ensures that the appropriate structures, systems, policies, processes and skills are in place to deliver customer satisfaction and a sustainable future for the organisation.
Prior to this, he was Programme Manager for Scotland Excel’s reform team providing procurement capability assessment and change management services to local authorities. Stephen has worked in a broad range of roles in the public and private sector, including 8 years running his own award-winning SME business.
