East Lothian Council is in the south east Coast of Scotland and has 43 miles of coastline with rugged rocks and glorious beaches. Its headquarters are in Haddington and serves a population of almost 110,000. 

Our Project Account Manager who works closely with the council is Gary Mooney. 

The council has one Joint Committee member - Councillor John McMillan.
