Garrion People's Housing Co-operative Ltd, formed in 1991, is a community based Housing Co-operative operating in the Gowthrapple area of Wishaw offering a wide range of housing for rent.

The co-operative have a vision to be the landlord of choice in their neighbourhood, working with their customers, communities and local stakeholders to create an area where people choose and are happy to live.
