Building Construction Consultancy Framework - Shetland Webinar
Opportunity for Shetland businesses to join construction consultancy framework
Scotland Excel is developing a new Scotland wide framework for construction related consultancy services and will be online to talk to potential Shetland based suppliers about it on Thursday 5 August at 12pm.
The new building construction consultancy framework will bring opportunities for Scottish, UK and international companies to do business with public bodies including councils and housing associations.
It will cover a range of services including architecture, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, clerk of works, project management, CDM advice, master planning, environmental engineering, building surveying and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering.

The invitation to tender for the framework is expected to be published on Public Contracts Scotland this summer. The framework will be split into thirteen lots:

- Lot 4 - Mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering
- Lot 5 - Quantity surveying
- Lot 6 - Multi disciplinary
- Lot 7 - Clerk of works
- Lot 8 - Project management
- Lot 9 - Landscape architecture
- Lot 10 - CDM advice
- Lot 11 - Master planning
- Lot 12 – Environmental engineering
- Lot 13 - Building surveying
