Dumfries and Galloway Council is located at the South West of Scotland and shares its lower border with England. It has a population of almost 150,000. 

Our Project Account Manager who works closely with the council is Kelly Nugent. 

The council has one Joint Committee member - Councillor Carolyne Wilson.
