Forgewood Housing Co-operative was founded in 1994 and is a community based Co-operative operating in the Forgewood area of Motherwell offering a wide range of housing for rent.

Forgewood Housing Co-operative's vision is to be the landlord of choice in their neighbourhood, working with customers, communities and local stakeholders to create an area where people choose and are happy to live.
