Grampian Housing Association

Associate Member

Established in 1975, Grampian Housing Association is now a leading housing association based in the North East of Scotland. Through direct development and stock transfer, the Association now provides services to over 3,500 households.

Their overall strategy is to develop sustainable communities, with a balance of tenure types. As well as providing quality affordable homes for rent, the Association participates in Low Cost Home Ownership initiatives including shared ownership, shared equity and Help to Buy.  Grampian has also developed a number of Lead Tenancies targeted at providing housing for homeless people.

The Association is a non-profit making organisation, headed by a voluntary Board of Management whose members come from the community and tenants. Serving on the Board is voluntary and unpaid. Membership of the Association is available to tenants, sharing owners and others.
