Coming soon: Scotland Excel Supplier Excellence Awards 2023

We’re delighted to announce that the Scotland Excel Supplier Excellence Awards 2023 will take place this coming May in Glasgow.

The date is in the diary for Thursday the 11^th May, and we’re getting ready for our full launch in the new year, when we’ll invite our suppliers to enter our acclaimed awards. These recognise the innovation and excellent work our suppliers deliver for our members through our frameworks.

With more than 1,000 suppliers supporting our portfolio of frameworks worth £2 billion – we can’t wait to celebrate the role our suppliers play in helping councils, housing associations and the wider public sector, source the goods and services they need to support communities.

Julie Welsh, Scotland Excel’s Chief Executive, said: “It’s wonderful news to finally have a date in the diary for our supplier awards after the pandemic put a pause on events for a couple of years.

“Our frameworks help to provide a vast amount of goods and services to the public sector, ranging from care and support services and food in schools, to recycling services and house building. So it’s extremely important for us to take the time to recognise our suppliers for the innovation they bring.”
