About this framework
Framework period: 13 September 2021 for up to 10 years
Scotland Excel’s new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for digital telecare goods will provide the capability for members to procure digital telecare products that assist the person and monitor the person’s environment.
The DPS is intended to provide the required flexibility to address the impending analogue phone network switch off due to be completed by 2025.
As with all our frameworks, this framework was developed in close consultation with key stakeholders. It is fully compliant with all legislative requirements and was developed in line with Scotland Excel’s sustainable procurement approach.

- Can run for up to ten years which provides sufficient scope and flexibility to meet the current and future needs of members
