Portfolio Development Manager

Grant is a highly experienced procurement professional having worked in both the public and private sector. Prior to this role he was Scotland Excel’s Category Manager for Construction, Transport and Environment. This included overseeing collaborative framework contracts covering fleet, roads and environment with a particular focus on low carbon and net zero.

In September 2024, Grant was appointed to the new role of Portfolio Development Manager with a primary focus on defining future strategic sourcing activities for Scotland Excel that will support our members to achieve their goals.

Grant is MCIPS qualified, and also holds a BA Honours degree in Economics and qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership.
