Scotland Excel is continuing to experience a growing demand for our capability as a centre of procurement expertise for public sector, from local authorities across Scotland and other organisations in the public domain.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Construction division of the Contract Delivery team and to support the day-to-day operational leadership of the wider team.  This involves oversight of existing Contract Delivery Plan and also a future pipeline of procurement activity. 

The postholder will be responsible for working with the team to ensure that all activities are undertaken to the highest standards and within agreed timescales.

Scotland Excel also develops and manages arrangements which support the commissioning of care services for children and adults.
