Accessible Ayr is an ambitious project led by South Ayrshire Council, funded by Sustrans, and designed by Sweco, with a key focus of increasing accessibility through an active travel network and public realm improvements within Ayr Town Centre.  This presentation will provide an overview of the developed design stage (RIBA Stage 3).

North Lanarkshire Council's (NLC) development at Dykehead Road is a new social housing development on the site of three former high-rise tower blocks. This regeneration project has embraced Silver Aspects 1 and 2 of the Scottish Building Regulations, with some homes developed to an even higher standard.

Working with Aberdeen City Council, HAGS have been able to rejuvenate an existing play park within one of Aberdeen’s oldest historic properties. This has created a destination play facility for the entire community, and will enable all visitors of all abilities to enjoy the outdoor environment through play and recreation for generations to come.

Kensa's networked ground source heat pump solution take residents out of fuel poverty and decarbonise properties. This session will provide an overview of the system, discuss available funding and use case studies to demonstrate the benefits.
